Working from our Brisbane office, Emma provides support to our national Relationship Management and Marketing teams. With a background in customer service, a Bachelor of Entertainment (Business Management) and a Postgraduate Diploma in PR and Professional Communications, Emma works across a range of administrative and client-focused areas to assist in the continued high performance of these teams.
Hugh founded Macfarlan Lane in 2001 following an extensive career in HR management and consulting. Drawing on his twenty-eight years in senior human resource and corporate affairs roles within multinational corporations, Hugh coaches executives with a particular emphasis on helping manage controversial, sensitive and challenging transitions in the public eye.
